Chamber Events Partner Agreement (Birmingham chamber only)

 
A Chamber Events Partner Agreement is a strategic relationship between a member and Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Group whereby an agreed amount of activity is paid for in advance. This enables both the member and the Chamber to be able to plan the activity over a specified, pre-agreed period of time (usually 6 to 12 months), enabling savings to be made by the member (limited to two businesses per sector).

The cost of becoming a Chamber Events Partner is just £795 + VAT. If all components of the agreement were purchased separately, the cost of the activity would be in excess of £1,695 + VAT.

Chamber Events Partner Entitlements:

   •   Exhibition spaces at two Chamber networking events of partner's choosing
   •   Delegate leaflet handouts (supplied by Events Partner) at registration at four Chamber networking events
        partner's choosing
   •   Logo inclusion on website events partner page. This can include a link to the members own website
        (member to supply logo in jpeg or eps format)
   •   Logo inclusion in member's magazine 'ChamberLink' in Events Partner panel each issue for the duration
        of the agreement
   •   Chamber website entry upgrade - (events partner to supply details for inclusion)
   •   One place at the annual Chamber dinner and awards event
   •   Review with Director of Events twice a year - initial review of chosen activities and halfway through
       agreement term

All activity is to be undertaken by the end of the pre-agreed duration of the agreement.
