Accelerate

Accelerate is the UK’s first major public/private sector initiative aimed at supporting the West Midlands automotive industry. The initiative harnesses resources of up to £10m per annum, along with the expertise of a wide range of public and private sector partners, for the benefit of small and medium-sized automotive firms with growth potential.

Managed by Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry on behalf of Advantage West Midlands, Accelerate is led by a partnership board of the region’s leading automotive industrialists.

Strategic support is available in a wide range of areas to improve the long-term performance of West Midlands companies. Costs are applicable on a case-by-case basis.
