Terms and Conditions
The chamber uses your personal information for the following purposes: dealing with
enquiries, administration, record keeping, marketing and statistical/research purposes.
Personal information may be shared with the following partner organisations: UKTI,
Birmingham City Council, Birmingham & Solihull Learning and Skills council or
agents working on each organisation's behalf, including our Chamber Directory. We
may wish to contact you by telephone or send information by post, fax or email about
Chamber services that we think may be of interest to you.
Retirement of members
Any member wishing to retire from the Chamber must give written notice to the effect
to the Membership Department one calendar month at least before either 1st January
(if that member became accepted as a member prior to 1st January 1989) or the anniversary
of the Accepted Date, being in either case the date on which the subscription shall
next be due.
Failure to give such notice shall render a member liable for the payment of their
subscription for the year following such anniversary.
